I received my new Steele trail saddle today and I am so excited! It’s absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you for building me a gorgeous saddle that not only fits my horse like a dream but is comfortable for me as well. For me, the demo program was priceless because it removed the guesswork in buying a new saddle. When I ordered my saddle, I had peace of mind because I knew it fit my horse, thanks to the demo program and Eric’s expertise. Eric: I appreciate all of the time that you spent answering my questions and ensuring that I invested in the perfect saddle for me. You are so helpful and thorough and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
Just a side note, I want y’all to know, I caught my mother sitting on my new saddle today and I had to kick her off it. She’s been shopping on your website all day and I suspect it won’t be long before she orders one of her own. In the meantime, I guess I’ll be sharing mine. Ha.
