Just wanted to let you know that the 2 Mountaineer saddles you built for us are wonderful! We’ve ridden them enough to get completely used to them. We are both in our 70’s and weight was a concern, but the weights are perfect! Even I can carry them one-handed. The saddle pads work well and we use then exclusively. We have 5 horses (only three when we ordered) and the saddles fit all fine. Even better, they fit us fine as well.

First I would like to say that my “non moving cold quarter horse” moves like a dream. I was told she’s a cold quarter horse and you have to keep after her. Second, my chiropractor would like to thank Eric at Steele Saddle because I’m not in pain anymore. And third, I would like to say thank you to Eric at Steele saddle for the best dream saddle you could ever own. It is custom fit to you and your horse, not just one or the other. I tell people I went from a Chevy Chevette to a Rolls Royce in saddles!
